Envíos

  • El envío toma entre 3 y 6 días habiles.  No enviamos los sábados, domingos y festivos.
  • Los envíos se realizan por medio de la transportadora Fedex o servientrega y no tienen costo adicional,
  • Si  desea cancelar su pedido o cambiar detalles como la dirección o el diseño, se debe hacer el mismo día en que se hizo la orden. Si se hace en otro momento puede que se generen cargos adicionales.

Direcciones de envío incompletas o incorrectas.

  • No nos hacemos responsables de los retrasos y / o mercancías perdidas debido a direcciones de envío incorrectas o incompletas entregadas por el cliente. Cambios de dirección generarán cargos adicionales que deben ser asumidos por el cliente.

 

Devoluciones

Nuestra política de devolución es de 14 días a partir de la fecha de recepción.*.

Para ser elegible para una devolución, su artículo debe estar sin usar, en el empaque original y en la misma condición en que lo recibió. Los costos de Shipping serán descontados de la devolución.

Las piezas personalizadas y modificadas se consideran como una venta final y no se aceptan devoluciones ni cambios.

Reparaciones

Todas las reparaciones deben ser enviadas a nuestra bodega  en Bogotá con la  factura de compra original. Los costos del envío de los artículos a reparar serán a cargo del cliente.

Las reparaciones tardan 8 días hábiles.

P: ¿Cómo puedo seguir mi entrega?

R: Al momento en que su entrega se haya realizado se le enviará un correo con toda la información pertinente al envío.

P: ¿Qué pasa si mi producto llega dañado?

R: En esta situación, por favor envíenos un correo electrónico a support@bamboleira.com o escríbanos al whatsapp +57-3174008352 con su número de pedido incluido. Le aseguramos, que haremos nuestro mejor esfuerzo para solucionar el problema cuanto antes.

 

International Shipping

* Free shipping is available for international orders of $100 USD or more.  Free shipping option will appear at checkout once minimum of $100 is reached.  

* International orders will take 10 to 20 business days to arrive.

* For all the orders  we use "economy" shipping via FedEx or DHL Express. (It depends on the continent) 

* International customers are responsible for all import duties and customs that will be charged by your country. In the event that you choose to reject the delivery of your order, you will be responsible for the customs fees and shipping charges from your country to Bamboleira. These fees in addition to the cost of two-way international shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses.
* We are not responsible for delays and / or lost goods due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses delivered by the customer. Changes of address will generate additional charges that must be paid by the customer .

 

Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to us.  If you are not satisfied with your order we will gladly accept your return within 5 days of your order's arrival.

  • Returned merchandise must include vendor packaging and tags, and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandised cannot be returned, unless found to be defective within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account.
  • To return an item, please do the following within 7 days of receiving your order:
  1. Email support@bamboleira.com with the following information
    1. Date you placed the order
    2. Date you received the order
    3. Order #
    4. Last Name
    5. Credit Card information for the card used
    6. Billing address of the card used for purchase
    7. Item number of the piece(s) you are returning
  2. When your RMA is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with return shipping instructions. You must receive an RMA confirmation and approval before returning any item(s). All packages will be refused if it does not have an approved RMA.

We recommend UPS or FedEx when shipping returns, and we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Repair Policy

  • We will repair any item purchased through Bamboleira.com within 1 month upon receival.
  • All items to be repaired must be sent to our warehouse in Bogotá with the original purchase invoice. The costs of shipping will be paid by the customer.
  • We will do our best to accommodate each request. Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased.

-       What specifically needs to be repaired

-       Note that repairs may take up to a month to receive back due to the hand crafted nature of our work.
